About Tools4Change.
Tools4Change is a specialized consulting company
dedicated to helping companies understand, document and
manage their footprint on nature and biodiversity.
•We aim to make the new biodiversity and nature reporting
standards (TNFD, SBTN and CSRD/ESRS E4) available to
as wide a target group of companies as possible.
Founded by Jesper Oelert-Pedersen and Morten Jastrup,
Tools4Change is led by experienced strategy and
development consultants with over 25 years of experience
in sustainability. We have advised and developed strategies
for several global market leaders.
We offer strategic and practical advice on mapping and
reporting on biodiversity. Additionally, we develop
comprehensive resource packages with tools and training,
to enable companies to equip their own employees to work
with reporting on biodiversity and nature in accordance
with the above-mentioned reporting standards
